Just Do It
We are honoured to walk in Brittany's name. Brittany was a young Darwin woman who inspired us with her courage, determination, sense of adventure, humour, compassion and friendship.When Brittany had an idea in her mind, there was no stopping her. Following in her example, we have decided that this is the year to 'Just do it'. What better way to do this, than participating in Relay for Life and raising much needed funds for cancer support, advocacy, prevention and research.
We are pleased that a portion of our fundraising will go to research. Although Brittany's life here on earth ended so young, she believed that new treatments were possible. By participating in Relay for Life, we carry her hope forward for others - knowing that Brittany cared so deeply for others.
We also walk to honour other family members impacted by cancer. Those who are no longer with us, those in recovery and those living with cancer, we walk for you.
