Stepping Up Against Cancer!
Thanks for stopping by.This year I have decided to reach out to friends and family to create a team so that I can take on Relay For Life to raise funds for every person who’s ever heard the devastating words: “you have cancer”.
In 2024, more than 15000 of our Aussie and indigenous community will receive the news. A large amount of these patients are our beloved friends, families and colleagues. Cancer is a devastating disease for everyone and it affects us all differently. Those whom are cancer patients experience treatments that can be long and extensive, stressful and exhausting. For those without solutions, the future can be uncertain. It’s a huge concern shared by their loved ones and we want to voice that they are not alone with the big battle.
With your support, whether it is words of affirmation, donations, encouragement or simply just reading this, we hope to help as many people impacted by cancer as possible. Together, we can support families when they need it most, empower people to reduce their risk, speak up for communities, and find new ways to better detect and treat cancer.
Every step we will take on the 10th October - 11th October is one closer to a Cancer free future. We have not given up and believe in hope, we are The Warriors Of Love & Light who will stand our grounds on the battlefield for as long as it takes. We can’t do it alone, however!
