Event Information
Registration
All Beaconhills students, staff, parents and alumni are invited to take part.
We are asking all participants to please register, either as an individual or join/create a team.
Your $5.00 entrant fee will count towards your fundraising and go directly to supporting Cancer Council Victoria’s research, prevention, and support services.
Online registrations will remain open until the conclusion of the Relay.
Refund Policy
Cancer Council do not offer refunds and our general policy is to treat your money as a donation. Should you have made an error whilst registering or donating please contact your local Cancer Council office for assistance.
Program
Students will be provided with an allocated timeslot to participate as per the program below. Please note that this schedule is subject to change and will be updated should any changes be required.
Pakenham Campus
Period 2 (10:00am - 11:00am) | Little Beacons and Junior School Participation |
Period 3 (11:30am - 12:30pm) | Year 5 and 6 Participation |
Period 4 (12:30pm - 1:30pm) | Year 7 and 8 Participation |
Period 5 (2:20pm - 3:20pm) | Year 9 and Senior School Participation |
Berwick Campus
Period 1 & 2 (9:00am - 11:00am) | Little Beacons and Junior School Participation |

On the Day
What happens on the day?
Join us at the Pakenham Campus on Friday 6th September and/or Berwick Campus on Friday 13th September from 9:00am - 3:20pm.
What not to bring
- Pets (guide dogs and service dogs are welcome)
- Bikes, scooters or roller blades/skates
- Glass
Do students need to wear school uniform?
Yes, students are required to wear their full sports uniform throughout the day.
However, students are permitted to wear the official Relay for Life participant top and a touch of yellow and purple to show your support of this worthy cause.
Can my parents participate with me?
Yes, family members can participate with students but must first sign in at reception and provide a current Working With Children Check.
How can I make a donation on the day?
Donations can be made at the event via cash or card at the merchandise table.
Do I need to join a team to participate?
No, you can register as an individual.
Can my business sponsor this event?
