I'm gearing up once again for the Cancer Council's Relay for Life on the Gold Coast, and I couldn't be more excited to be part of this incredible event. For me, this isn't just another fundraiser—it's a chance to make a real difference in the lives of those facing the battle against cancer.

As someone who works closely with cancer patients through my job, I'm constantly inspired by their resilience, courage, and determination. Their stories fuel my passion for supporting initiatives like Relay for Life, where every step we take and every dollar we raise brings us closer to a future free from the grip of this devastating disease.

This year, as I lace up my shoes and hit the track, I'll be thinking of the more than 150,000 Australians who will receive the life-changing news of a cancer diagnosis in 2024. Among them are our friends, families, and colleagues, all facing their own unique challenges and uncertainties.

But with your support, we can provide them with hope, assistance, and vital resources when they need it most.
